Cancellation Policy

FBA are to be notified in writing more than 14 days prior to the event for a full refund to be permitted.
If cancellation is made 3 to 14 days prior to the event, no refunds applies however replacement delegates can be named.
If cancelling less than 3 days prior to the event, no refund or replacement delegates are permitted. 

Credit card surcharges

A surcharge of 1.5% is charged for payments received by Visa and Mastercard.
A surcharge of 3% is charged for payments received by AMEX.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Trade Practices Act and similar State and Territory Legislation in Australia (and in New Zealand, except where goods or services are acquired for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ)) may confer rights and remedies on you in relation to the provision by ninemsn of goods or services on the Network which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified (“Non-excludable Rights”). FBA does not exclude any Non-excludable Rights but does exclude all other conditions and warranties implied by custom, law or statute.

IP Address

FBA reserves the right to track users IP Address. The information collected will be kept confidential and not shared with another party unless a user has fraudulently purchased or made misrepresentations to FBA.

Internet Explorer Users

1. In an IE browser window, select Tools > Internet Options
2. Select the Security tab.
3. Select the Internet zone.
4. Move the slider to select the Medium security level.
5. Click the OK button.

Netscape Users

1. Choose Edit and Preferences.
2. Click the Advanced menu option in the left column and select Scripts & Plug-ins .

Trouble Shooting

If you are having difficulties accessing the site or parts of the site check that:

  • Your cookies and java script are enabled
  • Your cache is cleared
  • You haven’t bookmarked secure pages
  • You have refreshed the page
