South Australia has a proud history of thriving family businesses. The South Australian Chapter of FBA was developed from a core of iconic South Australian family businesses who are still members today. Our membership has expanded to incorporate a broad spectrum of dynamic 1st to 5th generation families in business who use events, conferences and forums to learn new strategies and share their experiences and expertise.

We have a strong focus on the development of the Next Generation of family business members, ownership and communication issues, retirement/succession options for the current Baby Boomer CEO generation and helping families develop Family Business Best Practice processes and structures to help resolve the eternal Family/Business/Ownership issues.

Our Family Business Hall of Fame recognises the outstanding contribution that family business make to the culture and economy of the State.
