Instituting and managing change when you are not the prime decision maker in the business or family (without upsetting the apple cart)
On Thursday 8 February 2017, survival expert and published author Mike House will translate his experience in surviving diverse situations into instituting and managing change when you are not the prime decision maker in the business or family. Known as one of the most difficult aspects of being a family business adviser, attendees will leave with knowledge on:
- How emotion often overrides logic
- Three simple mechanics of change
- Dragging vs Inviting
As always, these adviser connect events prove to be a great environment to meet other advisers in WA or stay in touch with those in your network. A full buffet breakfast will be provided.
