Diversity of Thought in Family Business
On Thursday 8th February 2018, Kirsten Taylor-Martin will be discussing diversity of thought in family business.
Kirsten will look at the business world, as we know it, and speak of change and the fact that business as usual is no longer enough. For businesses to grow we need innovation. We need a leadership team that will challenge the status quo and challenge one another to encourage innovative thinking which will lead to growth.
Key point’s being covered in this session will be:
- Are Australian family businesses taking gender diversity seriously?
- Our survey results showed 15.79% of respondents had no women in leadership roles
- Have we lost sight of gender diversity as a growth strategy in Australian family businesses?
As always, these adviser connect events prove to be a great environment to come meet other advisers in NSW or stay in touch with those in your network.
