Advising Business Families – Part 2 @ Online

  • Assessing the family enterprise system
  • Family consulting engagement
  • Communication: resolving family conflict

This course will be delivered online, providing you with the flexibility to work around your busy consulting schedule.

The course is delivered over 8 weeks with an additional 12 days to complete the final assessment piece.

Throughout the course you will be challenged to rethink your views on family business advising through the expertise of your facilitators and the sharing of experiences and learnings by your peers.

You will demonstrate your increased knowledge and expertise through practical assessment tasks designed to further develop your skills in applying tools which will add value to your practice.

Dr. Jaffe is a globally recognised adviser to families about family business, governance, wealth and philanthropy.

Presenter: Preeti Inchody | FTI Consulting

Preeti Inchody is a Senior Director in FTI Consulting‘s Corporate Finance and Restructuring practice in Sydney.

Ms. Inchody is a Corporate Finance specialist and focusses on transaction advisory for companies in different stages of the business cycle, typically growth, stressed and distressed. She works on both lead advisory and transaction support matters such as strategic reviews, valuations, due diligence and financial due diligence. She works towards preserving and maximising the outcome for her clients during transaction situations, even in challenging and time critical business scenarios.

Ms. Inchody assists a broad range of stakeholders including companies, their investors, lenders and trustees from a broad range of sectors. She has expertise in dealing with media, technology and family business clients.

Ms. Inchody started her career in India and was previously Deputy Vice President in equity capital markets at one of India’s largest financial services conglomerates (an ex-Goldman Sachs Joint Venture).
